Irene Gendelman

Irene is an Investor at Avid Ventures. Prior to joining Avid, Irene was a Private Equity Associate on the investment team at Silver Lake, where she focused on investments in technology and technology-enabled companies. Before Silver Lake, Irene worked in the Mergers and Acquisitions Advisory Group at Evercore, with a focus on media and information services businesses.

Irene graduated summa cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania, where she received a B.S. in Economics with a concentration in Finance from the Wharton School and a B.A. in Psychology from the College of Arts and Sciences. She grew up in Hawley, Pennsylvania in the Pocono Mountains.
